Coverage
Premier Medical now operates in over 470 venues, utilizing over 9,000 medical experts across the UK. Our GP network provides availability to book appointments for up to 3 months into the future. 99% of all GP consultations are booked using our online appointment booking system (“LiveBook”) and all GP’s use our Expert Administration System and WARP Technologies reporting software.

Delivery
In 2009 Premier Medical provided 170,000 reports, 6,000 screens, 125,000 physiotherapy sessions and 60,000 sets of medical records to its customers. Based on a number of objective customer produced benchmarks, Premier Medical has been found to lead the market in terms of turnaround times and service consistency.
