With so much history around the town, you don’t really need to go out and about to find places of interest. Ludlow Castle is well worth a visit with the camera and if you have some spare time check out the following:

Stokesay Castle
One the finest and best preserved 13th century fortified manor house in England, Stokesay offers visitors a unique glimpse into a distant age, when strength and elegance were combined. Set amid peaceful countryside near the Welsh border, the Castle buildings form an outstandingly picturesque group alongside the timber-framed gatehouse and the parish church.
