Premier Medical Group to rescue Medical Reporting Services and Remedy Matters
Following the administration of E-Reporting Group, Premier Medical Group has stepped in to provide continuity of service to customers, and continued employment for 68 staff and over 100 medical experts. Outstanding reports and future instructions to MRS or Remedy Matters will be underwritten by PMG subsidiary Kuro Healthcare, operating from existing E-Reporting Group offices in Redditch, Worcestershire.

The February 2008 merger of Premier Medical Limited and Medico-Legal Reporting, two market leading businesses recognised for their expertise and quality of service, but with minimal customer overlap, has led to the formation of the UK’s largest provider of medical opinion.
The new organisation named Premier Medical Group, combines the expertise and best practice of two highly experienced companies to provide insurers and solicitors with enhanced levels of service in delivering 113,000 medical reports per annum.
The Group also plans to extend its services into other areas of primary care including private GP consultations, rehabilitation, wellness and occupational health, as a natural strategic diversification into related corporate healthcare services.
The merger will see Premier Medical Group’s 210 staff servicing business from both existing and new customers from its two existing locations in Ludlow and Pangbourne.
