2007, Dr. Harry Brunjes was President of the Sussex Medical Society.

The flagship event of the year was the annual dinner held in the grounds of his home, Ovingdean Grange, co-hosted with his wife Jacqueline Storey (well-known choreographer and director). 200 guests were invited and were entertained by Jacqueline Storey, Harry Brunjes and in particular Sir Tim Rice (international lyricist).

Other guests included senior physicians and surgeons of Sussex, the Headmaster and his wife of Lancing College and other local dignitaries. Music was provided by Richard Holmes (former musical director to Morcambe & Wise, Howard Keel, Tommy Steele, Cleo Lane amongst others).
Dr. Harry Brunjes is Chairman of Governors at Lancing College, and Sir Tim Rice is Chairman of the Lancing College Development Council.
