The company has been based in the offices since construction as part of the Ludlow Eco Park development.
Ludlow Eco park was completed in February 2007 as a purpose built site offering the building industry’s highest rating for environmental excellence in construction.
All buildings on the site will reduce green house gas emissions by 50% compared to conventional structures.
This development is a partnership scheme between Sherpa Properties of Shrewsbury, South Shropshire District Council, the Regional Development Agency – Advantage West Midlands (AWM) and the Rural Regeneration Zone.
In October 2007 a park and ride scheme for Ludlow was introduced from this site to encourage people not to use their cars to access the town centre.
