CAPITA HEALTH ACQUIRE PREMIER MEDICAL
Premier Medical Group is pleased to announce that Capita Health has acquired 100% of the shares of Premier Medical Group Ltd. This is an important strategic milestone in supporting the future growth and diversification of the Premier Medical business.
For some time now Capita Health has been seeking to acquire an industry leading medical reporting and screening business. Both Capita Health and Premier Medical believe there are considerable opportunities for future growth in markets requiring these healthcare services (in particular Occupational Health); as such the board of Premier Medical Group has agreed to join Capita to jointly realise these ambitions. The Premier Medical executive team has been retained to lead the next exciting phase of our development.
Our key focus remains on continuing to provide the highest standards of service within the Personal Injury sector, which we expect to continue to grow; services provided from our Ludlow, Pangbourne and Lincoln offices will remain unchanged and will continue on a business as usual basis.
Dr Harry Brunjes, Chairman commented “This is an important step in the evolution of Premier Medical Group; our growth to date has been concentrated on the medico legal sector. With Capita Health supporting our future expansion we are confident that we can achieve similar success in the Life Assurance and Occupational Health space.
