Firm’s new home
23/03/07 – THE new offices of Premier Medical Ltd were officially opened by Ludlow MP Philip Dunne.
Mr Dunne and Dr Harry Brunjes, chairman of Premier Medical, were at the site on the Ludlow Eco Business Park as one of the district’s largest employers opened the doors of its eagerly awaited new offices.
The idea of a move to the Eco Park was first conceived in 2002 after the company expanded its operations in south Shropshire.
The business originally started in Brighton in1995 and began to develop in Ludlow six years ago with just five staff.
Since then, the company has grown significantly and has worked hard to relocate more and more work to Ludlow.
The company, which provides independent medical resource and opinion to major insurance companies, solicitors, trade unions, motoring organisations and professional bodies, now employs about 100 people in south Shropshire.
Premier Medical chairman Dr Harry Brunjes said:
“This is a very exciting time for Premier Medical. I am grateful for the support of the Ludlow community and, importantly, our excellent staff for the success and progress which has been achieved since our move to Ludlow.”
The official opening took place on Saturday and was followed by a black tie gala dinner at Stokesay Court.
