Premier Medical Group announces acquisition of Principle Medical Services
A Change for Life
Today Premier Medical Group (PMG) announced its acquisition of Principle Medical Services (PMS), a company specialising in the provision of medical evidence for the Life Assurance market.
This acquisition is consistent with the PMG strategy of providing low cost medical report and screening services to the Personal Injury, Life Assurance and Occupational Health sectors. This acquisition complements its existing and successful business within the Personal Injury sector.
PMG’s existing customers include major law firms and general insurers throughout the UK. Dr Harry Brünjes, Chairman of PMG, states, “For some time we have been searching for the right platform to bring our innovative and outside-the-box approach to medical reporting and screening to major Life Assurers within the UK, and PMS is a perfect partner for this strategy.”
Evidently Better Practice
The selection of Principle Medical Services was based on its reputation for customer service within the Life sector. With the backing of Premier Medical Group, PMS will have the necessary investment to take on additional contracts, offering a high customer service focus whilst also benefiting from the low cost model employed by PMG.
PMG’s strategy is to partner with customers for the long term, developing innovative reporting solutions that meet the changing needs of a dynamic market. Jason Powell (Chief Executive Officer, PMG) commented, “PMG has a track record in developing reporting solutions that utilise our technology platform to integrate with our customers’ processes. We are excited about the prospect of translating this know-how into additional value for the Life Assurance sector.”
