Premier Medical Appoints Roles As Business Process Manager
Premier Medical Group (Premier Medical), the UK’s largest provider of medical opinion, has appointed Ben Roles as Business Process Manager.
Roles will be responsible for the deployment of Premier Medical’s service-based systems to customers, including Live Book, the Group’s online appointment reservation service. He will also work closely with customers to support the effective and efficient implementation and use of the systems.
Roles joins the Company from BUPA, where he was Customer Liaison Manager with BUPA Recover, a rehabilitation service aimed at those involved in car accidents. He was a member of the BUPA Management Development Programme following an industrial placement with the company during his studies for a BBA Management (Hons) 1st Class degree.

The Group’s systems are key to the delivery of our success. Ben’s background and his customer service experience will be extremely valuable to us going forward. ”
Ben is the latest appointment at Premier Medical Group, the company created by the merger earlier this year of Premier Medical and Medico-Legal Reporting, two of the market’s leading providers, designed to grow a database of experts across all medical faculties to significantly expand the company’s capacity to provide medical opinion on injuries to insurers and solicitors.
